This hotel should be a long-term rental apartment. I don't know. I was given a room on the 28th floor with air conditioning and a bed on the first day. All the floors were covered with wallpaper or painted. Later we moved to the 15th floor, and there was wallpaper and paint as shown in the pictures, and the smell was very strong. So I stayed there for one night and woke up in the morning to find tinnitus. I didn't pay much attention to it. After I came back home and lay down to rest for 3 hours at night, the tinnitus appeared again. Listening carefully, you can hear the equipment vibrating or fluctuating on the floor, which is very uncomfortable! We moved to the 3rd floor, which was full of trees and insects chirping all night! This is a family hotel, how could such a problem occur? We had to change 3 rooms, it was really troublesome. The only explanation may be that the hotel doesn't really want to do business with Chinese people. If it weren't for the tinnitus, I wouldn't have made any comments. This would be a serious offence if you were bringing children with you.

Location: The hotel is close to the BTS station and only takes a few minutes to get there via the Gateway shopping mall next to the BTS. Room: I chose the most basic room. The double bed is big enough, and there is not much space after placing the big bed in the bedroom. The living room is comfortable. There is a washing machine on the terrace, which is very convenient. I can hang the washed clothes on the air-conditioning rack at night and they can be worn the next morning! The air conditioner is cold enough and the bathroom faucet is strong enough! Mouthwash and bath products are available, but the body lotion is a bit thinner, but it can be replenished every day! Disposable slippers are provided, but it is recommended to bring your own. Be careful and remember to hang a "Do Not Disturb" sign outside the door. One day, after having breakfast and swimming, the cleaner came into the room to clean around 10 o'clock! Because there was not enough hot water in the bathroom of my friend's room, he moved to a room with a loft (the bedroom is in the loft), but the metal at the corner of the stairs is sharp, so be careful! Pool/gym: The pool is really small; the gym has so much equipment! Restaurant: There are not many choices for the breakfast buffet. I wanted to do some exercise before or after breakfast and didn’t want to go out and back again, so I chose to eat in the hotel! Staff: Polite

Two elevators are out of order, making you wait a long time.

The room is nice. The staff is lovely and the service is very good.
