Water pressure for a nice and hot shower wasn't possible due to its low water pressure. The hot water was electrically heated with some kind of water heater installed on the wall of bathroom.

It's just a transitional hotel, overall there's no big problem, the room is a bit old.
Opposite is the bus station to Pattaya, the location is very good!
There is a guy at the front desk, he is very nice. When I left my toiletries bag, he ran out a few hundred meters and delivered it to me. I am very grateful for his professional attitude and excellent quality.
