The location is convenient — just a short distance from The Mall Bangkapi and around 30 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Airport. The surrounding area isn’t particularly lively, but it works well for a quick, touch-and-go stay.
Breakfast is average, with a moderate selection — nothing too exciting. The hotel offers in-house dining with a Chinese and Japanese restaurant, though for more authentic local flavors, ordering Grab is a better option.
Cleanliness could be improved. I noticed the room floor wasn’t wiped on the second day, which suggests housekeeping might only do a thorough clean after guests check out rather than daily.
Overall, it’s a decent place for short stays or transit travelers, but don’t expect anything fancy.

Great price for a 5 star hotel, not located in central Bangkok but good train and taxi can solve your problem. M Plaza is 10min ride with open market outside. Close to airport avoiding heavy traffic coming out.

Great hotel, very clean, friendly staff, I’ve stayed 3-4 times now, most recently for 17 nights.
The shower temperature can be a little unstable at times and beer on tap in the bar would be nice, but apart from that a fantastic place.
Will stay again next time and would certainly recommend, especially for the price.
