The location is simply magnificent - a relatively quiet street, not as crowded as on the neighboring Khao San, and therefore quieter, but everything is very close. There is a swimming pool (located in another hotel) and there are very few guests there, you can swim in a small company or alone almost at any time while it is open. Of the disadvantages - rather low ceilings (if your height is more than 190, then it will be very uncomfortable), no closet for normal storage of things, and in life everything looks a little worse than in the photo. But if you need a room to be a little quiet and sleep, then ideal due to the location. P.S. And what a nice staff, so friendly and welcoming, they will always help, even if you do not speak Thai or English (translator + sign language).

We requested a lower-floor room by phone, and a staff member confirmed that it was available and asked us to make the reservation through the agency website. I followed the instructions and completed the booking. However, upon arrival, we were told there were no first-floor room. As a result, my 89-year-old mother had to walk up the stairs, which was quite difficult for her. Additionally, I had requested a non-smoking room, but the room we received had an unpleasant odor, likely from previous smoking.
