The hotel is very close to Terminal 21. It is on the first street when you turn right out of the mall and walk for three minutes to see the hotel. However, if you book a small room, you will be referred to a small house on the side of the hotel. The environment is not like a hotel at all, but more like a holiday home or a B&B. The room has a sense of space and is spacious. It costs more than 400 Hong Kong dollars, but there are no facilities. The decoration is very simple and even rough. The facilities in the room are a bit old, and the water power is a bit insufficient. The lobby staff were more polite when checking in on the first day. On the day of check-out, there were two young male and female staff with average attitudes and no smiles. Instead, the security guards often helped guests open and close doors and take luggage. They had good smiles, were very polite, and were very attentive. The overall feeling was not very good.
