We moved to other hotel we only stayed for 1 night customer service is not approachable , our complaints was not offered any solution instead they let us stay in 1 room though we have a confirmed bookings for 2 rooms we are complaining that our 1 room beds has an ants but it seems she ignores us and we let her to stay in one room , i will not recommend this hotel and asking for a reimbursement for remaining days that was not use , i even sent an email for our complaints in the hotel management but it seems they ignore too , i am loyal to trip please help us for our complaints

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights, and unfortunately, I was quite dissatisfied with several aspects of the stay. The room was not cleaned properly, and despite being there for an extended period, the bedsheets were not changed once. The staff at the reception were unhelpful and unfriendly, and I found it frustrating that there was only one staff member at a time. They didn’t offer any assistance with carrying luggage or escorting us to our room, which felt impersonal. Additionally, the hotel doesn’t provide basic amenities, so you'll need to bring your own. The only positive aspect was the location, which was convenient, but overall, I won't stay there again.

The hotel is in a good location to BigC walk 10-15 minutes to reach, the hotel environment is general, hygiene needs to be improved, the room space is large enough, but the lighting is slightly dim, the day staff attitude is good, but the evening female staff attitude very Mean, no patience to answer customers' questions, face hanging impatient look
