I booked this hotel for my entire stay in Thailand based on the reviews; which I must say is misleading. This is my 4th trip to Thailand & unfortunately this hotel rates the lowest in my experience. The staffs are friendly, especially floor staffs. The front desk/reception people however gave snobbish vibes. Surprised because all my past experience in Thailand, everyone has always been so welcoming & friendly…not the case with the front desk staffs here. The breakfast buffet was decent & had varieties of food for various taste buds. Having said that though, it was not worth the price. You’re better off walking 5 mins to Terminal 21 & enjoy some delicious dishes at a small fraction of the price at the food court (Pier 21) The lobby area is very nice looking. Nice open space. The rooms (our group had 7 rooms total) are outdated & can use some renovations. The furnitures & fixtures have old wood smell that were very off putting. The pros: just 5 minutes walk to Terminal 21 & the 7 Eleven right near by. The friendly floor staffs. Overall, would not go back considering so many great options available in Bangkok.

Very old hotel, facilities are also very old. Most tourists stay here. After all, the price is cheap. It is very close to terminal 21, so it is convenient to eat.
