The restaurant is not clean with small rats & cockroaches.
Choices of food is limited.
The staff there is reluctant to cook omelets & put the omelets on the dirty plate even I told her the plate is dirty.
However, The bell boys are great, really helpful & didn’t just want to get tips.
I stayed in Tower 1, I told the reception on day 2 that the drainage of the shower area are stuck , flooding. But they didn’t solve the problem for the 8 days I stayed. I’m so disappointed.
Shower is not power enough.
Shower jel, shampoo is too little.
I used the glass & put on the coffee table and they never put the new one to me.
The tissue in the tissue box is used up & they didn’t refill & just leave it empty.

Room have enough space and amenities. Staff are kind and able to communicate in both English and Chinese. Price are acceptable. Location are so so not far from airport to go others place you have to go by taxi.
