No room cleaning for the duration of our stay. No soap, no shampoo replacement. If we’d reminded them they’d surely do it. They offered two bottles of water, that were inside the fridge. The air conditioning wind chilled my body while sleeping and there was no way to escape it, except turning it off. Good location, without noise. Worth the price.

Excellent location. Very clean pool. Breakfast is very good. The air conditioning does not get very cold. Very friendly staff.

The service attitude is very good, the swimming pool water is very clean, the surrounding night market is very prosperous, and the Khaosan Road Night Market is right outside the door. It is very convenient and the evaluation is very good

Nice hotel and close to Khao San Road, many restaurants close by. The swimming pool is lovely and the largest in the area, air conditioning is also very nice.

The hygiene was not satisfactory. There were many small bugs like ants on the quilt and towels in the room we stayed in. Later, after communication, we were moved to a better room. The service attitude was quite satisfactory. Another point is that the door lock is really the kind that can rush in with a bump, which is the round handle lock we use in our daily room and bathroom... I am very worried about the safety of this lock. Anyone can get up in the elevator, no need to swipe a card or anything... I also asked the front desk and they said it is safe here, with 24-hour surveillance. I slept in fear for two nights... But fortunately everything was safe. Downstairs is a very lively bar street with various special foods and handicrafts and clothing, but it is not noisy and it is very quiet to sleep at night.

Good location, convenient for walking around or hanging out and then coming back to stay. It's quiet. The room is okay, but there is no hair dryer.
