For what we needed it was fine. Affordable, located 1 min from Dentist and surgeon.
Great restaurant around the corner.
Needs some attention to breakfast always cold, funny because it was served in hot plates but they never plugged them in? If you like tea bring your own for the room.

Overall, it's good. However, the room I stayed in didn't have a balcony. Everything is convenient. There's food for sale next to the hotel, a 7-Eleven, and it's easy to call a taxi. There's a Lotus next door, which is convenient.
