Everything is perfect, except open space in the bathtube. While taking a shower, everything around is wet. Kindly ask you to make smth to solve this problem. Regards

On the day we stayed at this hotel, the electricity went out. The staff informed us that the electricity would be back at 3 pm. We checked in at around 12:30, put our stuff in the room and waited until 3 pm, but the electricity still hadn't come back. Around 4 pm, it still hadn't come back. So we went down to the check-in counter to find the staff. The staff informed us that the electricity authority had informed us again that the electricity would be back at around 5 pm, but the staff did not directly inform the guests.
So we asked the staff if there was anything that could compensate for this because we had not used electricity for almost 4 hours in the room, having to endure the heat. The staff said that they could only offer a late check-out.
 To be honest, at that time, the weather was quite humid, so we expected more attentive service. But it might have been our bad luck that we stayed on a day when the electricity went out.
Another thing is that this hotel is a non-smoking hotel, so smoking is not allowed at all. Even on the balcony, smoking is allowed only in front of the hotel.
For us, we don't recommend it because we were not very impressed.

This hotel is absolutely exceptional, located in the heart of everything and close to Lumpini Park. It is ideal for getting around and being close to whatever you wanna do. The amenities were top-notch, and the pool is a hidden gem and something you must do. Make sure you swim. Staff, you’re so wonderful, helpful, kind, and informative. They made our experience so wonderful. I would recommend this hotel to anybody

Great place to Stay in Bangkok if you need to be in a quiet and spacious room. Location is great and close to restaurants, bars and mall.
