The hotel facilities are relatively old, and the hotel service is completely out of date. On the first day, because I arrived very late to check in, I clearly booked two rooms, but the front desk said that I only booked one room, and they argued for half an hour. As a result, when I took a shower, I found that the hotel had no towels, slippers, or toiletries in the bathroom! ! ! I called the room service and it was delivered half an hour later! The next day, through the mediation of Ctrip customer service, the hotel agreed to change the linens and clean the room, but when I came back at 5 pm, the room was still the same as when I left! I had no choice but to go out for dinner again. Ctrip customer service went to communicate with the hotel again. When I came back at 10 pm, they finally cleaned it and made it clean, and also provided water and towels. When I checked out on the third day, the hotel front desk said that they would deduct the deposit after checking the room because the bottle caps of the water provided by the hotel were to be recycled! ! ! God! ! ! Fortunately, the hotel did not provide any items on the first day due to inadequate service, and finally found the bottle caps in the trash can! ! ! First of all, the hotel did not mention that the bottle caps of the water provided were to be recycled when booking online and checking in! ! Second, the water you provided for free was in glass bottles. I stayed in several hotels in Bangkok (Emerald and Pattaya Palm Tree) and they also had no bottle cap recycling, and no deposit was deducted for no bottle caps!!! After that, Ctrip customer service contacted and communicated in time to resolve the issue!!! To be honest, the reason why I could tolerate this hotel was entirely because Ctrip customer service handled it in a timely manner. The rest was speechless!!!

Due to New Year's Day, the prices of hotels throughout Bangkok have doubled or tripled, just like Hainan during the Spring Festival. I couldn't choose this hotel with vacancies for a last-minute reservation. The price of nearly 200 US dollars per night is very, very uneconomical. If you go to these popular places during such festivals in the future, you need to book a room early, otherwise you will have to pay the price.
