You have stayed in this hotel for more than 20 years. Every time you come to Bangkok, you will stay here for a few days. Dirty, bathroom has cracked tiles and half arsed repairs, hotel is outdated. Halls look like a creepy hospital, vibe is not good. Water pressure and heat is good. The rooms don't have good lighting. Staff seem grumpy when you call reception, and the last straw was the fact that you have to pay for water and its over priced. Not good. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Needs a big renovation and staff need to change attitude.
