It would have been excellent if those points below did not exist.
1. Cockroaches found at night that gave us a rude shock.
2. Insufficient complimentary water for 2 occupants. Only 2 bottles were provided for whole day. Should look into replenishing without being asked.
3. Would be great if those staff servicing customer can comprehend English. Had to repeat my requests and questions numerous times. They were friendly but due to language barrier, we were directed to another staff several times. This issue occurred several times.

The hotel is quite centrally located between palladium night market and pratunam night market. Also found that its near ARL and can take bus to Emsphere after 7mins walk. All in all, quite convenient. Room was also cleaned and tidied every day. The hotel receptionists and staffs are very nice.

I really love this place everything you need is all around the area, views, staff and the rooms are fantastic.. cleaned and more space. The best is.. they have a mall, salon and massage salon inside this hotel.. how cool is that..Starbucks at the 9th floors and the water area that you can relax.. it’s recommended! The price is what you got. Fairly enough..

Good location. 10mins walk to Airport Rail. Easy access to shopping and Halal foods. Always the hotel to stay when in Bangkok.

Location is great - straight road down to Ratchapraprop ARL station, near to Platinum mall and Big C
Room - 2/5 stars - furniture is old and dated. Water pressure for shower is low and hot water is not hot enough. TV is the worst - some ancient one I have not seen in a long time (forget about doing casting from your smartphone or whatever). Had housekeeping service once during my 4 nights stay, the towels were kept but not replaced..... One of the nights also had leaking water from the ceiling along the corridor (this shows how much the hotel needs to be renovated please).
Service at level 1 from the men are top notch - help with your luggage etc. However drop off via car is very redundant because drivers have to make 1 round before reaching the front of the hotel
I will stay again for its good location and only when the price is good (maybe less than $80 per night).

The room is really clean. The breakfast was very nice. Had a Indian section of food. Staff are friendly and accommodating. You can see the tallest building in Bangkok clearly from here. The roof top bar is wow. Giant projector screen. Football fans should go there.
