Good breakfast with the best butter croissants in town . Staff are very helpful. Location is excellent very close to BTS and a short walk to many malls. A gift of cute teddy bear is a very nice welcoming gestures.

Excellent location of the hotel, accessibility of the metro, buses. The hotel and rooms are decorated in colonial style. Our room was large: with a kitchen and a living area. Huge bathroom. Everything worked perfectly. We visited the executive lounge on the 15th floor, drank tea with pastries, ate fruit. The staff is friendly, smiling and helpful.

The hotel is located near the Chit Lom BTS station, making it convenient for commuting and shopping malls like Central World. (But it can be quite congested during rush hour, lol.)
The two-bedroom suite was spacious, and the bear was even cuter than I expected. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and you could get laundry detergent at the counter.
The Eastern breakfast menu changed daily (we had stewed chicken and lamb curry!). The bread was soft and delicious, and the eggs were generally bland.
The 15th-floor lounge was like a hidden gem every time I went. One evening, they had fried mussels, which were incredible. It was such a treat to just relax and have some tea, snacks, and fruit!
Housekeeping could be more attentive. I encountered items from previous guests in the room, and my own belongings were left on top of dirty laundry. Also, there was sometimes a mechanical noise in the small bedroom, which could be addressed or the soundproofing could be improved.
