Rubbish hotel. I spent 5000🐷 to book their presidential suite last night. It smells musty and I have to pay for the water in the refrigerator. I booked a single room today and wanted to cancel it, but I was not allowed to cancel.

I came here because of the Chinese courtesy, but the experience here is terrible. The front desk is not friendly to Chinese people. This is my go to place in Bangkok. Close to family and easy to get to from airport. The executive room is nice with lots of space. Staff is attentive. Buffet breakfast is great and there are 7/11’s within meters of the hotel. Train station is about 400 meters from hotel as well. Great place
