Fantastic location in a quiet street but walking distance to all Patpong offers.
Clean modern room and a good breakfast that's doesn't finish until 11.00.

All good, but internet did not really work for conference calls I had that day.

Overall the hotel is in a good location away from the busy streets and the breakfast is good.
Pool is weird location being in the middle of the lobby, breakfast and gym area.
The rooms themselves are good HOWEVER, the hotel seems to have zero soundproofing, we could hear the room 5 doors up very clearly and they were only talking. Anyone walking past you can hear them so loudly.
So this reason we don’t stay at this hotel again because the point is to be able to sleep and this we could not with ear plugs.
