The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was nice and very helpful. It was easy to get to tourists site like the temples and markets. The dormitory was very clean and the bed was a good size. Overall the hotel was great and I would highly recommend it to someone.

The hotel is not bad, although it needs some cosmetic repairs. The location is good. It's about 15 minutes to the metro, about 20-30 minutes' walk to the ferry station and Khao San. There is a cafe nearby, where you can get coffee and a snack. 7/11 is five minutes away. There is a bar/cafe in the hotel building. People complained about the noise in the reviews, but it closed around 11:30 and it was comfortable to sleep. There is soap, shampoo, and a hairdryer. The room is small, but it's good for an overnight stay and a rest in the heat.
Now about the downsides) the front door, the same red one! Doesn't close at night (maybe it was broken). Anyone can enter the hotel grounds, the reception is empty. The room wasn't cleaned on the second day, we were left without toilet paper and with wet towels. Mosquitoes! But I would book again.

Private room was clean and comfortable, but a bit small. Free coffee in the seating area, and a restaurant on site. Staff friendly and helpful. Luggage storage was very helpful too.
