No elevators. Scary place. Friendly front desk/housekeeper but no proper luggage storage, so I had a bad experience with my luggage being tampered with. Photos are fron 8 years ago, so it looks so different from now.
I don't recommend it for solo travelers and if you have too much luggage as it's a hassle.

No lift for the hotel, you have climb stair to Level 5. No receiption after 17:00 and no hot water for shower(water heater for show only).
Room Aircon cannot below 22C, the environment is totally insecured. This hotel don't even entity to be listed on any hotel booking platform!
