A Mixed Stay at 137 Pillars
137 Pillars presents itself as a commendable 4-star establishment with several appealing qualities. My check-in experience was smooth, and I found the staff to be consistently very nice and accommodating throughout my stay. The hotel's location is also a definite plus, offering convenience and easy access to local attractions.
However, the hotel appears to be in need of a refresh, with some parts feeling a bit dated. The most significant issue I encountered was with the air conditioning, which simply did not cool the room effectively. Despite asking staff to address the problem on multiple occasions, the issue persisted, making for an uncomfortable stay. Ultimately, the unresolved air conditioning problem led me to check out a day early and move to a different hotel.

Room 137 gave me the ultimate enjoyment and perfect service. The room was spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly and enthusiastic about their work. It is only a matter of time before I visit again. Next time I will try a room on a high floor.

I would particularly like to emphasise Mr View from the pool bar, so friendly and courteous!
And as well Ms Aid our housekeeping lady, I never found my room made this way, so passionate, clean and order.

不建議把最重東西放房間 我們住進來在酒店呆著沒有出去，下午45點的時候 工作人員沒有敲門 按門玲就直接開門進來了 看見我們在 放了兩瓶水又走了 所以出去一點要帶走自己的貴重物品
