On the downside - on the first day of our stay the pool on the 32nd floor was closed, the restaurant where breakfasts are served for guests staying in suites was closed for the entire period of our stay, we had to go down to the cafe on the 1st floor for breakfast, of course there is a completely different vibe, and the staff did not always understand that we were guests from the suite, and offered the usual menu. The impression from the breakfasts was much lower than expected. Also, the gym was not working, as it was damaged after the earthquake, and one elevator was also closed. Another disappointment was the fact that when I asked for a transfer by cab (which is provided for those staying in the suite), my request was ignored, and we were provided with a transfer in a shared minibus, with other guests from the residence rooms. The website also indicated that a personal butler service was available to us, but no one introduced himself to us that he was our butler (perhaps it was the guy who escorted us to the room upon check-in, but we only saw him once). In theory, the butler should have offered to fill the bath before our arrival and prepare the room before bed, but for 2 nights no one was interested in our stay and wishes. Pros - The room is amazing, very comfortable bed, large bath, Japanese smart toilet. The balcony is beyond praise - there is a rocking chair, a chair, and a sofa on the balcony. There is a fan on the ceiling on the balcony, so it is very pleasant to be there, and not hot. Smoking is allowed on the balcony, there is an ashtray. The shower has wonderful water pressure, nice finishing from high-quality materials. There is even a small kitchen, like a mini bar. Cleaning in the rooms 10/10, such unobtrusive high-class service, you just feel like a million dollars in this suite. In the evening, a stunning panorama of the city and night lights opens up. A very beautiful view from the restaurant on the 27th floor, where you are entitled to a sunset drink, which is included in the price of your stay, but I recommend trying the restaurant menu as well. I really enjoyed the Thai style scallops as an appetizer, I even came back for this dish the next day. The rest of the menu in the restaurant was also very tasty. Overall, staying at this hotel was an amazing experience, I liked everything, I understand the shortcomings and limitations, since they are mainly due to the earthquake.
