1. Room is extremely small. Furnitures are old. Bedsheet stains. Towels are yellowish. Smelly toilets. Dim light in the toilet. Slippery floor. TV not working.there is no bedroom slippers, toothbrushes etc and Breakfast at 150TBH. as stated on trip.com. pLease prepare your own.

3. Location is the very very convenient. less than 5 mins from Phrom Phong MRT. a 7-11 just next to the hotel. Many local eatries, decent massages nearby. EMporium, Emquarter, EMsphere are within walking distance.

Again, a one night stay.
Yes, you can see age of the hotel, but is kept clean - including cabinet and drawers of the kitchenette with basic cooking equipment (i made a video but yeah, only photos allowed). Has elevator.
The laundry room has one washing machine (40 baht a cycle) & one dryer (10 baht/10 minutes).
Overall OK - I am staying there one more time.

The best part is the perfect distance between you and the staff❣️
It may be hard to find, but there is now a convenient Google Map.
Great value for money...7-Eleven next door⤴️
Restaurants and massages are nearby...BTS is just a few minutes walk away,
The only disappointment is the bathtub🛁...the water doesn't get hot...it's a common situation in Thailand (you have to put in bath salts and take a long bath...)
I will definitely use it again m(._.)m

The room is just right, not too big or too small. But the bathroom is quite small. The sink is very small. The light is not bright. It is 5 minutes from the BTS.
