My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Nice little hotel. Of course the deluxe room is very small, but everything you need in this compact room was there. Very cozy and comfortable common areas. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is at the neighboring hotel. There are many grocery stores near the hotel.

The disadvantage is that there is no elevator (but the hotel does not have that many floors), the room is not soundproof, the TV does not work, the food at the cafe is delicious.

The location is not good. Iconsiam can be reached by walking on the road, crossing the overpass, and walking along the Golden Line for half an hour. There are many local food shops along the street along the small road to the back of the Chao Phraya River. The hotel is in a small alley for locals. There will be cars passing by at night and on weekends. People without serious sleeping problems can still fall asleep, so this price is mainly for a cheap and well-located private small hotel. There is no problem with living. If there is a slight odor in the floor drain, you can cover it with a plastic bag. The disadvantage is that the photos look new but it is actually old. The old furniture in the old house is simple. The hotel is clean. There are many Chinese people living there, as well as European and American backpackers. There is no elevator and you have to take the stairs. The fourth floor is equivalent to the fifth floor. The stairs feel like a step. Backpacks are okay as exercise, and large suitcases are considered by themselves. In short, this price is okay, and the hygiene is acceptable. The location is good. Go to the Grand Palace, Zhengwang Temple, Chinatown, and take the Chao Phraya River boat, including the green line and golden line attractions.
