This is my first time staying in this hotel. Maybe it’s because I just moved from the five-star Marriott Hotel to this four-star hotel, so I’m not quite used to it! I hadn't been to Thailand for seven years, so I was unfamiliar with the place and had to take a lot of detours to find the main entrance of this hotel. The hot weather really made me feel a little irritated when I walked here with my 28-inch luggage. In addition, trip.com responded that they could not upgrade or decorate the hotel for my wife's and my anniversary, so I already had a bad impression of my stay! But when we checked in at the front desk, the waitress was very friendly and, seeing our earlier check-in request, she specially arranged for us to check in on the very high 27th floor! Unfortunately we requested a late check-out so we had to lower our floor request to the 24th floor, but the view was still nice! The room is much bigger than a four-star hotel in Japan! After checking in, I found that the location of this hotel is actually quite convenient. It is opposite Emporium Plaza. It only takes 5 minutes to walk from the hotel to Phrom Phong BTS Station via this plaza. There is also a Superich money changer at this BTS station that provides convenient currency exchange. Moreover, Emquartier Plaza is on the other side of the BTS station. It only takes 7 minutes to walk to Emsphere Department Store Plaza on the other side. Isn’t it a one-stop first-class tourist location? ! The only drawback of this hotel is that the bathroom is too dark and the wine is not strong enough! The hotel service is not as bad as the comments say! There is a fairly large and well-decorated seven-eleven downstairs in the hotel, which is convenient for replenishing supplies! I believe I will stay here again next time!
