This is second time stay here, every thing still is good but this time a bit disappointed because have two days cleaning room very slow after I went out 3-4 hours back to hotel room, my room still haven’t clean yet…. Need to call to reception ask them come to my room clean up..

The bar downstairs was too noisy, shaking from 3pm to 3am.
The water temperature of the shower was sometimes hot and sometimes cold, and there was no way to fix the temperature

I always book this hotel through Agoda. This time I booked through Trip, but they gave me a connecting room. There was only one door between the rooms, and as expected, I could clearly hear the couple's conversation and even the sound of the shower.
I've stayed in hotels in Bangkok quite a bit, but I don't remember many connecting rooms.
Eleven is quite far from Sukhumvit Road, and the water temperature is unstable, so I probably won't stay again.

Hotel location is very close to Bangkok Center, but it is also located in a party street/area. Rooms are good isolated, so you don’t hear a lot from outside noise. Breakfast and swimmingpool on the roof top is super nice!
