The location is excellent, and it is directly connected to the BTS and the shopping mall. There are many Japanese chains in the shopping mall, so you won't have any trouble finding food. I had to check in late at night because of a delayed flight, but they were happy to help me. The service was generally friendly, and they even kept my luggage after I checked out and arranged for a taxi. However, they don't speak Japanese, so they explained everything to me in English and Chinese. The view was nice, and the room was clean, but it smelled moldy. Looking into the bathroom from the room, there was mold around the exhaust vent above. The water pressure in the shower was about the same as a jet, and it was very good. The temperature was just right. There were almost no amenities, and it was inconvenient that there were no combs or slippers. (I could get slippers and toothbrushes from the front desk, but it was a hassle to go to the first floor every time). Most of the staff were very kind, but some of them were a bit brusque, so it was difficult to deal with them. However, the staff who managed my luggage around 1:00 p.m. on 7/7 were really kind. I would like to stay here again if they could just fix the moldy room and the amenities.

The counter staff is friendly. The tea bags or coffee provided daily may not be enough, but you can ask for more. BTS station can be reached from 11:00-22:00 by taking the escalator in the basement of the mall to the first floor.
