The hotel is in a great location, on the riverside. There is a hotel-specific boat to Siam Square opposite. The service staff is very enthusiastic and the service is in place. There are few people, the room is nice, and the floor-to-ceiling windows.

I rarely write serious reviews, but I was very surprised. This hotel has a nice environment, good breakfast, and a large room. Many Bangkok hotels claim to provide Chinese courtesy, but rarely speak Chinese. Capella does a good job.
There are also many shortcomings. I checked in at night, and the front desk receptionist didn't smile at all. The waiter was sloppy in the first two days of night turndown, but was very serious the next night.
There are too many conference guests, and activities should not affect the guests. After all, the style is quiet. I may not come to this hotel next time. I will still go to the old money style Mandarin, where the humanistic environment is very important. I haven't written so many reviews for a long time.

All the staffs are very good. The location has a beautiful river view. The room is big and clean. The facilities are complete. It's the most perfect. The bed is great. I like it the most in my life here. 👍👍👍
