Not a bad hotel. Opposite are 2 huge shopping centers, but with strange shops. But there are food courts. Literally 2 minutes walk away 7/11 and a bunch of cafes where you can have a snack. It takes at least an hour to get to the center (Siam). The cafe in the hotel is very expensive and average in quality. For the price of breakfast for one (170 baht, I think) you can eat for three if you walk to the nearest cafe.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere except on the 1st floor. Despite the fact that the rooms have a balcony. Suddenly this is important to someone.

Excellent hotel and the staff are very friendly and helpful! It is very clean and tidy. The furniture looks well used but mattress and pillows clean and new. Restaurant has a great breakfast and other meals ok too. Seacon and Paradise malls across the overpass, metro close by, three 7-11s and shops in alley. Super convenient! We will definitely be staying again!
