It added to the perfection of my first trip to Thailand.
Location: It's a little far from the downtown area. 10 minutes on foot? That's actually good. Since I'm going to take Grab anyway. And the area around the hotel, including the hotel, seemed like a somewhat residential area. The hotel and apartments all looked luxurious, and there were always security guards on duty, so it was reassuring.
Condition: It's quite large, and you can feel that a lot of money was invested when it was first established. Recently built hotels don't have this kind of weight. However, it does feel a little old. If you like new things, I recommend another place.
Amenities: There's a gym and a swimming pool, and they run various programs by day and time.
Service: There's a dessert buffet called Chocolate Hour every day. It's delicious.
The staff are generally friendly. It feels like most Thai people are kind and friendly. In particular, I broke the glass lid during Chocolate Hour by accident, but the manager in charge took care of me first and said it was okay, so I was very grateful. This person seems to be a manager-level person even during breakfast time, and I think he is the head of the food and beverage team. He is very kind and I want to praise him so much.
