A good option for a reasonable price, for an overnight stay. Quite clean, within walking distance from iconsiam. For me, the only thing missing in the room was slippers.

This is the kind of hotel in Guangdong University Town Village. I feel like I lost a lot for booking it for 600. But it is really expensive for New Year's Eve. But the location is good. If I couldn't book a hotel, I wouldn't consider this place. If it's more than 100, it's reasonable.

We stayed for one night, chose it because of its proximity to the ICONSIAM shopping center. The hotel is not very clear, there is no reception as such, there is a door to some office, all the paperwork happens there, but they don’t let you in, there is also some post office near the entrance, they give out parcels (maybe some delivery company rents a corner). We occupied room 418, it was very damp, the smell of a damp basement, neither the open balcony nor the air conditioner helped get rid of the smell. The interior is minimal, it seems to have everything you need, and then there are shortcomings, instead of a closet there are just a couple of hangers on a hanger, the toilet paper is not a new roll, but the remainder from the previous visitor, only two bath towels, no towels are provided for the face. In principle, you can stay for one night, but I do not recommend it for a long period. There is no elevator in the hotel and it was uncomfortable to climb up to the 4th floor with suitcases, there is no safe in the room, but there are safes for each room at the exit, what's the point is unclear, it's not difficult to stick a safe in the room, fortunately the size of the rooms allows it. And there is no fire alarm, this really bothered me, now even the "doghouse" is forced to be equipped with alarms, but here they forgot, and they didn't bother much with the wiring, they just threw it in pipes along the walls

Nice hotel, very good location  near icon siam  Near the Golden Line BTS station, near the Chao Phraya River
