Pool area very small, lacking adequate number of seats. The relaxation area of the pool is full of kids jumping it should be adult only or better supervised. Service by the pool was lacking. No seating in lobby or lounge area and quite impersonal service, contribute to the property lacking mood.

I changed hotels twice in 7 days in Bangkok, and they were all at similar prices. Objectively speaking, compared with the Rosewood, there are many shortcomings.
1. I arrived at around 15:30. During the check-in process, the manager made 3 calls. In the end, he told me that only one room could be checked in first. It took more than half an hour, which was unusually long.
2. I waited for the room at night, but it was on a different floor. I had to swipe my card to change the elevator floor.
3. I was awakened by the sharp sound of motorcycles at night. I should think twice if I bring the elderly.
4. There is no welcome fruit or daily fruit.
5. I came from the 2nd floor of the subway entrance. There was only one staff member at the door without guidance. The front desk was on the 7th floor, and the elevator entrance was visually hidden. Of course, after I took the initiative to ask for help, I still told them.
6. When I opened the door at 9 o'clock in the morning, the big dining cart at the door was directly facing the door. It's not that the guests are uncultured. His room is horizontal at the end of the corridor, and mine is vertical at the end of the corridor, at right angles. The finished meals include beer, fries, hamburgers, etc., and the smell is very strong. It was obviously from the day before, but it was not taken away. I could only walk sideways and close to it.
