this really is the comfy bed hostel. i enjoyed my stay here so much. showers, toilets are plentiful and clean, bed is big and soft, staff are friendly and polite. there is no laundry service but there's a laudromat in the next street. also no rooftop. location is good very close to palace. overall all highly recommend

It was a good place to sleep. With the curtain on the beds , i always sleep till its 12-2 pm ...

The environment is clean and hygienic, and the overall feeling is very relaxing, which is great👍👍👍

Customer service & desk help was poor to serve customer.

I don’t really like the location. It’s dirty on the road. There are many homeless & druggies around the area. The hostel has lockers & kitchen. The room is too small for 4 people. I stayed there for 2 nights & I have to change to another hostel.

Staff were nice too

I went there at 9pm, but no one was there. I called but no one answered. I waited for 1.5 hours and couldn't check in. I had to apply for a refund. I looked for another hotel, but they refused to refund me. They said they could only have people before 8pm. No one was there after that. I was shocked. Finally, the platform gave me the money. The public area is very small, but there are many good hotels around. I recommend that you choose carefully if you go there late. There is a river outside that smells very bad.

It was reasonably clean. The common areas seemed to be cleaned every day. The staff spoke English and were very helpful. One thing to note: Each dormitory room had a key, but the room key for the room I stayed in didn't work. Also, each person could store their luggage under the bed, but there was no key, so they had to lock it themselves. If you don't mind that, it's a great place to stay as it's close to Khaosan and not noisy. Most of the guests were friendly. The price was reasonable, so I'd like to stay again if I have the opportunity.
