The hotel barely gets 4 stars. Beautiful lobby, quiet calm hotel - that's where all the pluses end. Bed on wheels, impossible to sit and lean against the pillow, it rolls away. The stated robe, slippers, toothbrush set, toothpaste are all missing. True, after calling they brought a robe, slippers I asked for on the floor. After a long flight I didn't really want to do this. Breakfasts are mediocre, basically you won't go hungry. Desserts include only biscuits of different colors.

Everything is good. The lobby is beautiful. I hesitated at first after seeing so many bad reviews, but after moving in, I think I made the right choice. The only problem is that it is a bit far from the city center.

This is my third time staying as a family. The only reason for us keep returing is they provide delicious halal breakfast, and nearby halal restaurants & night market. Breakfast is good, lots of choices and also kids friendly! Kind and helpful staffs which never fails to greet and ask if we need help. Otherwise city area is quite a distance with traffic jam. This hotel provides everything for muslim travellers. 100% recommend to all muslim travellers!
