Pros:
- Structure with a more than decent stay for the quality-price ratio.
- Near the accommodation there are many markets with various culinary products with prices ranging from 50 cents (20 baht) to a maximum of 3 euros (100 baht).
- Strategic location near the metro (MRT).
- Safe rooms with card lock and corridor with exit door (always with card)
- Quiet and peaceful neighborhood
- Shower with flowing hot water
- Air conditioning
- Hard mattresses (not suitable for everyone)
Cons:
- Room not very clean
- Presence of cockroaches coming out of the bathroom siphon (not suitable for people with insect phobias)

Value for money budget hotel around Sutthisan area. Short Walking distance to MRT station. Room is generally clean equipped with small fridge and kettle. They don't provide dental kit, hair dryer and shampoo. But shower gel and toilet paper are provided together with two bottles of water. WiFi is not stable, mosquito can be spotted. It would be much better if staff could put on a little smile while talking.

The room is OK, but there is no kettle. There is a balcony on the second floor with a sofa to sit on. The hotel rooms are very tight and there are no rooms for renewal. The curtains are opened and people from the opposite side can see in, which is not good.

Cleanliness is -100. The bathroom smells really bad. When you open the room, you see dust like it hasn't been cleaned at all. There are also black marks on the blanket on the bed. The bathroom door can't be closed, like it can't be locked. I've stayed there twice already. The first time, the bathroom door seemed to have fallen apart. The room couldn't be locked.
