During my trip to Bangkok, I chose Somerset Residence Asoke as my base. The overall experience was mixed, and it was a fairly standard accommodation experience. Advantages • Excellent location: The hotel is located in the Sukhumvit area, close to the Sukhumvit MRT station and the Asoke BTS station, and only a few minutes' walk away, making travel very convenient. There are also large shopping malls such as Terminal 21, as well as many restaurants, bars and convenience stores nearby, which are very convenient for shopping and eating. • Intimate service: The hotel staff is warm and friendly, and their professionalism and patience can be felt from check-in to check-out. The front desk can also speak some simple Chinese, and there is basically no communication barrier for Chinese tourists. Disadvantages • Noise problem: Since the hotel is located in a busy area and the surrounding traffic is busy, even if the windows are closed, some vehicle noise can still be heard, especially during peak hours in the morning and evening, which has a certain impact on sleep quality. If you are sensitive to noise, you may feel a little troubled. Overall, Somerset Residence Asoke Bangkok performs well in terms of location and service, but there is still room for improvement in the maintenance of hardware facilities and noise control. If you are not particularly demanding on the accommodation environment and focus on location and convenience, this is still an option to consider.

The hotel is very nice and everyone is very friendly. There is a 711 across the street, which is very convenient for shopping. The hotel's shuttle bus to and from the interchange building from 7 am to 11 pm is well received, which allows painless travel between BTS and MRT. It is also very fast to walk to the subway station without taking the shuttle bus. I was in a hurry this time, and I will stay at this hotel again next time I come to play.

It was clean and comfortable. The staff were kind. There was a shuttle bus to Asok Station, so it wasn't too inconvenient.
