Hotel location was walking distance to many massage spa, eatery and 10 minutes walk to Terminal 21 shopping mall. However, hotel provide Tik Tik transport to terminal 21.
Staff was friendly and helpful to.

The hotel decoration is quite good, but it has been in use for a long time and the maintenance is not good enough. So there are many problems in the room: for example, the toilet is easily blocked, the sound of water upstairs can be heard every night (not like the sound of toilet flushing, but like the sound of water waves from the swimming pool), and the air conditioner vents leak.
The front desk is happy to help solve the problems raised quickly, which is worth a thumbs up!

Terrible location I was stuck in the jammed while coming to this hotel. The towel are unclean and check in processes is so slow and late. But there is a chocolate hours that served good bakery

My wife & sister visited here for one night on shopping trip. The hotel offers free shuttles to Terminal 21 every 30 minutes during day. The hotel grounds look amazing. The staff is extremely friendly. The breakfast was pretty good. The pool and pool bar on rooftop were nice , but slightly crowded.

Pool was lovely and relaxing, the fitness center was fantastic. Each afternoon there was a free chocolate buffet with fruit - that was amazing. There was a large 7-11 next door so that was convenient. We could also walk to the BTS or Terminal 21 mall or a large park. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

About 10 to 15 minutes walk to Asok BTS train . Property is a bit tired however services from staff was good and friendly . Transport from hotel to terminal 21 is always quite full .
