The room wasn't very clean. The air conditioner was dripping. The bathroom shower area had a poor seal, so when I showered, the water flooded. There was a lot of mold on the grout edges. It felt like a collection of bad luck. However, the receptionist was very friendly.

Perfect location for visiting Immigration building the next morning. Room is simple & well laid out. But bedsheets not so crisp & fresh-smelling. And wish they could wash the toilet floor instead of just wiping it with floor-cleaning solution - it felt sticky when stepped on. But overall it's a great budget stay & close to sky train station & all kinds of conveniences. Will return again.
