I come to Bangkok every year and usually stay at this hotel. This time I had a very bad experience. During the peak hours every day, only one elevator was open. One day there was no elevator for 10 minutes.

Too many Chinese lived here and also the elevator always under construction. As a 5 stars hotel this is not worth it. Also the sofa in the room should be cleaned but seems very dirty.

Service was very good, but building is very very old and they have huge problem with AC smell, all the time there is strong mold\dust smell in the room which is hard to handle. Seems all the air conditioning requires upgrade, even AC cleaning didn't improve situation. Don't recommend for people who wants to breath well.
