中國同胞們別去這家住，按金不給退，入住的時候護照看了一眼都沒登記收了550泰銖直接給房間鑰匙了，挺速度，我説沒有按金單嗎？她説沒有，退房的時候説按金不退因為給我更換的是高級房要收錢，事先什麼都沒説我都不知情，懶得計較要不是我趕飛機真要報警了，房間放在國內最多50

It sucks. When I arrived at the counter, there was no staff. I called but no one answered. There were beer bottles scattered everywhere. In conclusion, I didn't get to stay and wasted my money for nothing.

The location is good if you need to be close to the airport but that's the only thing this hotel has going for it. When we arrived the staff told us that the room we had booked was no longer available and that there was only one more expensive room left where we had to pay extra, after some negotiation we still managed to get a room without breaking the bank. The common areas were really dirty, there was no toilet paper available, and we clearly felt like we were disturbing the staff when we asked for some. Also this is the first time we've arrived at a hotel in Thailand and neither towels nor a bottle of water were provided. The staff were not really available and not pleasant. The room was ok but the mattresses were very uncomfortable. In short, I really don't recommend it.

When I arrived at the accommodation, they said that the room was full and asked me to move to another place or I had to pay an additional 100 baht. The bathroom door didn't work and there was an ant nest. The bedroom was full of mosquitoes. The room was not soundproof.
