This is the first time we book to stay in Ploenchit surprisingly it was a hidden GEM location was marvellous well within reach of major malls and BTS

My family and I were extremely satisfied with our stay here. We were able to book a very large 1-bedroom apartment here for a great price. We loved the amenities and the bathtub was really big. Room service food was great quality and well-priced too. There is free coffee downstairs, and the hotel lifts work quickly.
The location is next to Phloen Chit BTS metro station, so we could get around central Bangkok easily.
Make sure to go to the Let’s Relax Spa for a massage, the hotel reception even gives out vouchers for a discounted Thai massage!
There really was nothing negative to say about this hotel, fellow travelers please don’t hesitate to book it :)

The location and condition of the accommodation were very satisfactory.
However, the room we stayed in was very noisy on the second day.
The room with the spa was right above, and on the night of May 19th, we heard hammering sounds.
The hammering continued for over two hours, from 10 PM to midnight local time.
When I contacted the front desk about the repeated hammering sounds, they said they would check, and after that, it was quiet for a few minutes, and then the hammering sounds repeated again.
It seemed like it was work that had to be done that day, before I contacted the front desk, there were short, continuous hammerings, and after I contacted them, there were two or three hammerings, and then a little later, there were two or three more hammerings, and then they repeated.
During the day, the next room was also under construction, with employees coming and going, and I don't know if it was the sound from the next room or the spa on the upper floor,
