The toilet's door was unable to lock and the water pipe did not drain, that made thewater overflow outsideofthebathroom. And we need to open the door while taking a shower after midnight .since we had only three hours to sleep before check out, that was a very very terrible experience that I ever had.
More over, I informed the receptionist, she didn't even say sorry 😐

It's hard to climb stairs if you have big luggage. There's no elevator. The hotel is in an alley. It's dangerous for a girl alone ⚠️ I stayed in the room for eight nights. I was only asked once if I wanted to clean it. And the question was quite rude. It felt like I was going to break in. I was temporarily flustered because of the language barrier. I told him that I didn't need to clean it. I lived on the top floor, the fifth floor. It was really tiring to walk to the first floor to get daily necessities. It was a small disadvantage that there was no toilet paper in the next few days. I had to go to the first floor to get water. But there were quite a lot of snacks to eat.

Small, old room. Totally budget-budget. It's high time to throw out the bed linen, the duvet cover is far from white. As if it had never been washed. The towels are also terrible. But give a deposit, fill out a visitor card, there is a price list on the wall in the room for damage to property, as if something even worse can be done there. And for dessert, a view from the window of a sleeping homeless person. 😂 For such a price, we rented the cleanest, freshest rooms in Pattaya and Vietnam, forgive me))

I stayed at this hotel during 28-31 Mar 2025 and found it to be a great base for exploring the Khao San Road area. It’s within walking distance to street food, nightlife, and several key tourist spots, which made everything super convenient.
The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay—they really made me feel welcome and were quick to assist with any questions.
The room itself was decent for the price. However, I did notice some stains on the pillowcases and blanket. They weren’t exactly dirty, but it did affect the overall first impression of the room. Still, it wasn’t a major issue for me, especially given how affordable and well-located the place is.
Overall, if you’re a budget traveler looking for a good location and warm service, this hotel is a solid option. Just don’t expect luxury-level cleanliness.
