This was our second time staying here. We loved our first stay here. This one a different experience. We booked a good deal through Trip and felt like they put us in a "cheaper" feeling room because of the discount we got. The room had a bad smell, the floor was dusty, the toilet seat had been replaced with one that was too small for the bowl and we found a carpet beetle on a bed pillow. Thankfully, the people at the front desk were very kind and moved us into a much better room for the remainder of our stay. It was a shame we had to experience that first night.

The location is great and it’s value for money compared to other hotel in the same area. Although the hotel is old but it is still ok, if the TV can be bigger and newer that have Netflix, it will be great. The hotel lobby is big and with lots of seats, which is great for people that check out and have some time to spare before going to the airport. The free drinks in the lobby is great too. But I encountered 2 times that the card is not working, other than that it is overall a great hotel to stay.

The service, facilities etc was alright. The buffet breakfast has a wide-spread but very little selection for vegetarian. It would be good if the hotel can introduce more vegetarian friendly food choice.

Everything for the first impression was good. But when it come to service, some staff are kind of rude. The lobby look impressive but the room kind of outdated. Nina at the front counter are very nice and helpful.
