I was disappointed with Trip.com. This hotel is a fake hotel with over-advertising photos of the building and garden, and over-reviews with 5 stars and strong recommendations from only two reviewers. I was moved to a room twice during my 2 night stay. The first time was on the 5th floor, inside the maids' work area, and it was noisy, so I asked to move to a room on the 3rd floor. In the evening, water kept leaking from the bathroom wall, so I asked to change rooms again. A staff member put on her shoes, brought a mop, and wiped the water. It was dirty, so I asked to change rooms again, but she left and never heard from me. When I went back down to the 1st floor, the owner and staff were doing something else. I asked again, and this time they moved me to the 4th floor. The hotel's facilities were broken or outdated, and what was the price I paid for my reservation? I feel like an *****. I want more than half of what I paid back!
