Free minibar: Very nice, but unfortunately I didn’t drink much because I had a cold.
Service: The attitude and efficiency are very good, and the response is very timely.
Facilities: This hotel is new this year and it doesn't smell very good.

Promising, But Rough Around the Edges
New property with spacious, well-decorated rooms and excellent bathrooms. Staff are eager to please but clearly need more training.
Breakfast, however, was a letdown. The restaurant feels like a hospital canteen—cold, sterile, and uninspired. Limited options, no proper bread or cheese, and the “chef” couldn’t even manage scrambled eggs. A bit of training and a serious rethink of the dining setup wouldn’t hurt.

I really like this hotel. It's beautiful, everything is clean and very new. The gym is very good, lots of exercise equipment. The staffs are very good. I would like to compliment the staffs at the gym who take good care of you. All the housekeepers are lovely and greet you all the way. But I would like to recommend the first thing: when I checked in, I didn't feel very good. When I had to stand in line to wait for the people in front of me to check in because it took a very long time. Most other hotels would invite me to sit first, but when I stood in line, the staffs looked tired, didn't make eye contact, didn't ask or tell me to sit and wait, so I just stood there. When I checked in, I noticed that the people in line behind me didn't look very good either. I would like this to be improved. Another thing is the swimming pool. Guests can eat snacks and drinks by the pool. It's very good. But there might not be enough staff, so I didn't see the soda cans floating to the pool. They got stuck on the edge of the pool on the glass side and floated there for quite a while until I had to pick them up and get out of the pool. 😂
