The air conditioner in the room turned off by itself many times and never improved. It was very unpleasant. Breakfast was an order buffet but the taste was not so good.

Beautiful rooms, brilliant food and amazing service! The poolside was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were in the lap of luxury, with impeccable service by the whole team. We particularly appreciate the efforts of all the staff for going above and beyond! We will most certainly be back soon!

This is a great new hotel n the heart of Bangkok. I like the apartment style feel of this hotel. The rooms are well designed and spacious. The kitchenette features is an added bonus. The pool was good & the gym was very nice. I tried their restaurant and the food was excellent. Kudos to the chef. The staff was very polite and helpful. This was a great staycation for a tired mom.

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. Overall our stay with family was good. We would love to come back.

Suite rooms facing pool are comfortable. Good service during breakfast especially oil and director of food/beverage Tony. Many thanks for looking after guests like family. Location of the hotel is great. Recommend here for long stay in suite rooms. Arthy from sales is great and easy to work out a good long stay rate.
