Hi, I stayed at Studio Ekamai from April 10 to April 13. There were two cockroach incidents during my stay — one fell from the air conditioner onto my friend, and another crawled on my hair while I was sleeping at 4:22 AM on April 13. I couldn't sleep and had to sit downstairs after that.
This was very disturbing and unacceptable.
I am requesting a full refund for my 3-night stay due to the repeated hygiene issues and stress it caused. Please help resolve this.

It's good that it's close to the station, but it was difficult to carry a suitcase up the stairs of the footbridge. The room smelled a bit moldy, there were holes in the ceiling, and there were bugs, so I was concerned about the hygiene. You can also hear the sounds from the hallway and outside. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. There was no hair dryer, but bathrobes were provided.

The room is small but cozy. The room was a corner room with a window facing the road, it is almost impossible to sleep because of the noise. Not far from the Ekkamai bus station, which is very convenient. It is quite normal for one or two nights, but no more.
