We are located in a safe and quiet residential area of Sukhumvit 49, 700 meters from BTS Thonglor, less than 1 kilometer away from EmDistrict (Emporium, EmQuartier and EmSphere) hi-end shopping malls, 850 meters from the world class Samitivej hospital. 50 meters from famous noodle shop. Non-smoking rooms only (outdoor smoking area provided in front of the building). Our rooms may be small but functional. Each room comes with windows, air-conditioning, clothes rack, luggage racks, smart TV, free WiFi, desk, chair, kettle, refrigerator, safety box and an ensuite private bathroom with a shower. Free leave luggage designated area under CCTV, coin-operated washer and dryer for your laundry. We have no lobby, no front desk, no reception. 駅から徒歩10分以内とアクセスが良く、周辺環境も便利でした。近くにはセブンイレブンがあり、少し歩くと日本のスーパー「Fuji」もあります。ホテルの目の前には美味しいカフェもあって、利用しました。
ホテルはできたばかりのようで、館内はとても綺麗です。無人運営ですが、やり取りはメールでスムーズに対応してくれ、安心して滞在できました。
ルームクリーニングは4日に1回のペースですが、お水は毎日2本もらえて、タオルも希望すれば交換してくれます。冷蔵庫や歯ブラシなどの基本的なアメニティも揃っており、コインランドリーもあるので長期滞在にも便利です。
全体的にとても快適で、また利用したいホテルでした。

I was waiting outside for 20 minutes to receive an access code which was annoying (I booked it last minute as it was the closest hotel to me)
It’s strange to stay in an unstaffed hotel. I’m not sure I like it.
The bed was comfortable but very new and the room smelt of paint, plastic, or silicone or something.
Highlight was the view - there are plants outside the window and the birdsong in the morning was nice. The location is a quiet cul-de-sac about 5-10 minutes from thong lor station.

Rimm49 was a great low key stay in Bangkok. It is basic, clean and well located. The front desk free check-in and check out was really easy. We had no problems accessing our room. Excellent value.
