Some facilities and management aspects affect the check-in experience: the building next door was under renovation during our stay, and the work started at 8:00 a.m., so people who sleep late couldn't get a good rest; the faucet in the bathroom was broken and not repaired (we were not informed of this when we checked in), the shower head could be used but the water pressure from the shower head was weak because the water pipe below was also spraying water. The soundproofing is poor. There is a social area outside the room. There were people chatting in the public area in the middle of the night for two days. People who need a quiet sleeping environment may need to pay attention.
