They also provide wireless chargers, which is so friendly for Apple users. What I never expected was that the hotel even prepared perfume, which is too explosive. The facial cleanser, toothpaste, and shower gel are all big bottles of big brands. I couldn't believe it. I booked a room for eight days in total, and my trip to Bangkok was ten days. After I told the customer service about this, they directly let me stay for two days, free of charge💰. I was completely stunned. It is not in the most convenient location - there is only a 7/11 nearby, and public transport is about 15 minutes' walk away. The furniture in the room is old, damaged in places.
The owner is not very willing to communicate. My key to the gym did not work, he suggested that I just go in with other residents. I was not satisfied with this option, but after that he simply stopped answering messages.

Not at all happy with service. Unit is privately owned and in a complex where subletting / rentals are not allowed. There is no lobby, no assistance and very poor communication with the property owner who despite booking days in advance didn’t care to realise I was scheduled to stay.
Went to check in at 2pm which was listed in the description and was told the unit wasn’t ready and I was left with my messages on read and no communication from anyone for hours. I was forced to leave my suitcase out in the public area for 3 hours in the heat while I was waiting for cleaners to come and last minute clean the unit.
Was also given the wrong door code so I was locked out of my unit the first time I went to return after the cleaner left, with all of my belongings inside at 12.30am.
Checkout is also at 11pm for no reason at all, and no luggage storage options because the owner isnt even meant to be renting the unit out.
DO NOT STAY HERE! TERRIBLE SERVICE AND 3 HOURS OF STANDING AROUND WAITING FOR CHECKIN IS DISGUSTING WAY OF DOING BUSINESS. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE OF BOOKING HERE

When I first arrived, I didn't expect that it would be like a private rental suite. There was a lot of cockroach poison in the room (I still saw cockroaches). The staff in charge said that there would be daily cleaning service, but it turned out that there was no one. Many furniture had been damaged by the previous group of guests. Damaged, overall not recommended, there are better options at the same price.
