Hotel staff is polite to everyone

Pros: - Located close to St. Louis BTS station (5 mins walk), with only three stops to the main Siam interchange, making travelling to the hotel through public transport from the airport so much easy. - The location also at the fringe of Bangkok CBD, but not directly on the main road, so the noise pollution especially from the street is non-existent. - The staffs are friendly and sympathetic. They serve you with smile and genuinely. During my stay, they even allowed me to check-in 3 hours in advance for free as my room was ready! - The room itself is spacious, with ample of storage. The bed is heavenly with large smart tv, making it so comfy should you choose to stay in for the day. - The check-out time of 12pm is also extremely generous. Considering that more and more hotels now required 10:00am check-out, that extra 2 hours means additional time to sleep in especially if you had a late night out the day before. Cons: - It doesn’t have a gym, despite having a beautiful and functional pool. - The shower door could not closed properly. It keeps re-opening no matter how hart you try to closed it,  making water from your shower easily splashed out to your bathroom floor, and it gets hard to wipe it out once it creates a puddle. - Not really much happening around the area as it mostly a business district. Thank goodness for Grab, so that we still can order food should we get hungry in the middle of the night. My personal rate: 9/10 easy!
